The Triangle of the Scene: In this workshop, veteran improviser, teacher, and author of the book “The Triangle of the Scene” Paul Vaillancourt brings his nearly 30 years of experience to the basics of your scene work. He will help you get a strong handle on the game of the scene and help you understand how to use it to strengthen every aspect of your scene work including – how to connect to your partner, what to do next, how to use the where, etc., etc. All of these problems and more are solved by setting up the “triangle of the scene.”

He will also share great tools like HAVE, SAY, DO, and YES IN SPITE as well as the principle of WORK, HOME, and PLAY. All good work on stage flows from strong basic technique and in this class that’s what you’ll get!
